CUPPING THERAPY

Release Tension. Restore Flow.

Targeted negative-pressure therapy to support circulation, ease muscular tension, and help your body recover.

THE APPROACH

A Focused Reset For Tight, Tired Tissue.

Cupping uses carefully placed cups to create gentle suction over selected areas of the body. The technique lifts superficial tissue and can help ease the feeling of restriction after stress, repetitive movement, or physical training.

Your practitioner selects the style, intensity, and duration based on your comfort and treatment goals.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Good To Know.

Will cupping leave marks?

Temporary circular marks are common and usually fade over several days. They are not the same as bruises, and color varies by person and area.

Does cupping hurt?

You may feel pressure or pulling, but treatment should remain tolerable. Tell your practitioner if the sensation feels too strong.

Who should avoid cupping?

Cupping may not be appropriate over irritated or injured skin or with certain health conditions. We screen for safety before treatment.
